What is Email?
Electronic Mail is called Email in short. When any message or mail is sent electronically, we will call it "E-mail". In more easy way- its definition is seen, "electronic mail or email is a method of exchanging messages between people using electronic devices".

Computer networks such as the Internet are used to send email from one computer to another. Everyone has a unique E-mail Address. If you want to send online mail to a person, then you should know his email address.

Email is mainly used to send and receive text, images, documents or any other type of files. However, there were many errors in the initial email system such that only users with similar computers could send e-mail to each other. In some systems, the sender and the recipient were required to be online simultaneously.

In contrast today's email system is based on the store-and-forward model. You just need to connect to a Mail Server or Webmail Interface, after which you will be able to send and receive e-mail from anywhere and anytime. So E-mail is one of the earliest services to share information on the Internet, which is still very popular today.
